Twilight!! Breaking Dawn Part I

Soooooooo, I finally saw Breaking Dawn!!!! GAHHHHHH! I melted. I cried. I laughed. I peed, a little bit. It was epic! Honestly, when it was over I screamed out "NO!!" and the audience started laughing at me. Hahahhah I was and still am upset that it's over. Now I must wait. A WHOLE F%#$%ING YEAR!!!!! November 16, 2012. that's a long time. -_- it's okay I'm sure I'll find things to keep me busy in the meantime. Maybe not as interesting, but I can try... Anywayyy! Let me tell you about the movieee :) SPOILER ALERT!! RED FONT!!

So at the start, Jacob runs out the house and throws the wedding invite down and runs off in the rain. Cuts to Bella and Edwards wedding preparation scene, every one is setting up and doing their part to help make the wedding amazing. Bella sees Edward from afar, who looks like he's in some sort of trance, thinking about what will happen after the wedding. Next scene is Bella, who has a crazy dream that at the wedding Edward and her are going to eat all their guests. They're standing at the alter covered in blood, only to look down and see their guests piled high dead. The next scene is the start of the wedding, showing how everyone is happy, but nervous at the same time. Charlie walks Bella down the aisle. As they walk you can see how absolutely terrified Bella is and the more she sees Edwards face the more confident she becomes as she and Charlie are walking. They say their I Do's. At the beautiful reception, they have a quick run in with Laront's (spelling) significant other, who is deeply disturbed and hurt by his death. The guests give speeches and bless Bella and Edward with good wishes before they leave to their honeymoon. All the speeches are extremely awkward. Bella's mom creepily sings a song she used to sing to baby Bella, while Alice speaks about how Bella will have to put up with her trying to make her wear heels and skirts. Bella and Edward take a breather and go outside where Jacob soon appears. Edward, like a gentleman, lets Bella and Jacob tgalk in partial privacy, as Edward is always listening from even afar. Bella immediately begins to cry when she sees Jacob, as he has been M.I.A. for a little while. This is supposed to be Jacobs final farewell to Bella, but you and I both know that day will never come ;). As the converse Jacob finds out that Edward and Bella plan to do the dirtyyyyy while she is still human. This really upsets Jacob and as soon as he begins to lose his temper Edward pops up and Jacobs anger is heightened. As things tense up a bit, The wolf pack is not far behind and comes to remove Jacob from the hostile situation. As Jacob leaves you can see how sad and hurt he is... A bit later, things calm down, Bella and Edward go back to the reception where they soon leave for their honeymoon. Edward has yet to tell Bella, or anyone for that matter, where the honeymoon is. As they come closer to leaving, the guests all line up outside to see the newlyweds off to their honeymoon.

Busy Beeeee

Hey guys! I've been so busy lately! School had me swamped for finals. They only give us a week off every 10 weeks; last week was my week off and I def took advantageeee ;) Unfortunately during that week, my family and i were informed that my grandmother, on my father's side, had passed. I cannot begin to tell you the world of hurt I'm in. I'm much better as are my sisters but my parents... I can't say the same. My dad practically stayed in bed the entire day, and he's the one that'll jump on your bed if you're asleep past 9am. Her funeral is in a few weeks, they have to fly her home, to Jamaica which is also where the funeral will be held. To be honest, she's been sick for a while, but the actual event is so much harder to grasp. Positive side, she's no longer hurting.

RAVE: Maybelline Pulse Mascara

I love this mascara! Its like falsies without the falsies! No fake lashes needed ladies! Only thing, you have to apply it slowly. None of that a few quick strokes n i'm done. Gotta make the time to apply it. Luckily, it's worth it. Now with the vibrating wand, my homegirl thought it was a vibrator at first, as it went off in my purse! Haha! Cleared that up real quick! I personally feel as though the vibrations could be a bit stronger and actually extend throughout the entire wand from end to end .Instead it's located in the cover, and slowly loses strength as you get closer to the tip/applicator. Overall I give it 4/5 besos!

ahhhhh! im so excited, nervous, anxious, the butterflies are everywhere! Weirdest thing of all i don't really know what to expect. I know it's in orlando. I know there will be  A LOT of people lined up. that's about all i know. The auditions for The Real World are in t-two hours and I don't know what to do with myself. Wish me luck!

english class.

A short essay I did in class today. We had 30 minutes to write a descriptive narrative about the best/worst day ever. Not some of my best work haha! :

Work.

As I rolled around, squirming like a worm, from an amazing uncontrollable morning stretch, I immediately noticed the difference.  It made me smile like a giddy school girl. I jumped up and pulled the curtains back from the window. I placed my palm on the pane: ice cold. The day was perfect. The sharp sound of my wake-up alarm interrupted my thoughts. As intensely early as 7:30am was, I just rolled my eyes and grabbed a bath towel.
                I fought with my keys to get it into the little slot, only to realize it was the wrong key.  After successfully starting the car slowly rolled out of the driveway and over a ransacked trash bag. Yuck. The banana peel had a death grip on my tire, and I did not have the heart to divorce the two. I felt that awkward bump all the way to work, or in this case a lady’s house. Thank goodness for GPS.
                She opened the door with a smile she had practiced and a rank smell I won’t soon forget. “Come in,” she hacked. I could only think, “Dang girl, who knocked you up?”  Contrary to the smell, her home was amazing; filled with silk linens, crystal vases, and portraits of her clearly younger days. She’s gorgeous, well was, and I was determined to find her underlying beauty once more. She showed me a room in her house where we would get to work privately. It looked out of place, as if it never had a name; not a bedroom or an office, possibly a game room but never a dining room, without definition.
                My equipment weighed a ton. I lugged the ton from my trunk to the undefined room. I began my usual set up routine: muslin, lights, tripod, camera, lens, make-up booth, clothes rack.  I pulled out a few special items, designed for clients like this one. Masking tape and hair removal creams were among that list. I could hear her shuffling gaining volume, and soon she entered. “Ms. Roosevelt, are you ready for me?” She nodded quietly with an uneasy smile and made her way to the make-up booth. “Hair first,” she whispered.
                Her hair looked great, or as she put it, “I feel like I’m in my 20’s again!” She couldn’t stop whipping her hair, like she belonged on Baywatch or something. The masking tape was almost finished, but I made do with what I had. After using more than the normal amount of airbrushing beads and concealer, I actually felt like we were making progress. The more and more I “fixed” her, the more and more comfortable she became.
                “If you could place your left hand a little further up, that’d be great.” She was an easy subject, almost no direction needed. She had had practice; and if it weren’t for the hundred photos I’d seen earlier, I’d definitely know now. After two easy hours of shooting, we were finished.  I showed her the shots, as she excitedly pointed out the ones she loved the most. One in particular resembled a photo on wall in the foyer. I could feel her tenseness. I turned in my chair to see the bombshell flushed faced, quietly sobbing. I popped up, threw my arms around her and waited. Just after what felt like three minutes (which is eternity in hug years) she pulled back and gently said, “Thank you so much.” I could see how much this meant to her.
                I put my name on all the photos, burned it onto a disc and began to pack. I guessed she was in the shower. I packed my trunk and was ready to go, but I hadn’t been paid, so I lingered.  Five minutes pass, and I find my way back inside. She was just coming down the stairs. I hadn’t noticed those before. Carrying an envelope and a proud smile she hugged me once more and thanked me once more. I totally made her day. We said our good-byes.
                Before I was too far from her house, at a stop light, I checked the envelope. Ms. Roosevelt paid me two grand more than we had previously negotiated. Can we say best day ever?

The class is four hours long. All the classes are that long, or longer. -_- But it's a design school so what can you do. Well you can do what i do.. ahha              DOODLE!

              Our mom planned a church banquet in early September. The process was super intense, or at least our mom was! We had only a few weeks to pull everything together. Invitations, fliers, promotional fundraisers were becoming second nature! We decided to do all the decorations ourselves, by hand. I made 35 centerpieces, which were 30 little round glass vases filled with "green moss" and baby yellow, burgundy, and white carnations. I finished off the look with a silky white, silver shimmer trimmed fat bow. They were gorgeous! I did the same for the other 5 vases, but they were  12'' cylinder shaped glass vases. We also scoured every store for the right "wine" glasses (not supposed to drink liq). Luckily we found these amazing plastic look-a-likes. They look so real! Being that they're plastic, that also made them super cheap!! By the way we had about 300 people in attendance, so every little penny that could be saved was all the better. All in all, it was an amazing night! :)
